Ithake – White-Label Super App (Paris 2024, SNCF, OTIPASS, SOLIDEO)

As Product Design Director, led a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and product managers, collaborating with external partners such as Selego.

Designed and launched a white-label Super App tailored for large-scale public institutions and territorial stakeholders, including projects related to the Paris 2024 ecosystem.

Implemented a scalable theming system based on structured design tokens, enabling multi-brand customization for each territory while ensuring consistency, performance, and product coherence across deployments.
